Dear John,

We have been open here at our twin rink facility in Monroeville, PA for five months now, and would like to take the time to commend your TurboChiller and dasher systems. In speaking with other owners from around the country, I have learned that the energy efficiency of the TurboChiller cannot be surpassed. As a matter of fact, in comparison to one neighboring rink, our energy costs for a one month period were 68% less for two full size sheets as opposed to their single sheet. Also, I think that your microprocessor control system is the greatest. It's user friendly, operator interface, and event scheduling capabilities add options that we would be lost without.

On another note, the dasher board systems that you manufacture speak for themselves. Your company's craftsmanship and know-how with this product are very evident. The rugged constructions and attractive appearance are superb. The ease of installation and feel of these boards are superior to anything that I have seen anywhere. The gate mechanisms and latches are uncomplicated, light weight and easy to adjust and overall, the system was a great investment.

Lastly, I must add a word about the final product. I believe that we are all in agreement that the most important aspect of any successful ice skating facility is the ice itself. I cannot say enough about the ice that your system has produced at our facility. I have had professional hockey players as our guests on several occasions and they had nothing but praise for the skating quality of our ice.

John, if you have any customers in the area who wish to see your systems and equipment first hand, please let me know. I will be happy to show them the benefits and workmanship of Burley's Rink Systems. Please let me know if I can be of help to you in any way.

Sincerely,
